Site Policy
Content submitted to this site must comply with the following rules. Comments must also follow these rules. The site administrator reserves the right to reject any content at any time at his sole discretion.
RULES
Content must:
- Be relevant to Unix or Unix-like operating systems(OS), tools, or applications used on such OS. (Content covering networking hardware may be submitted. Examples: Cisco router, Belkin switch, Intel nic, etc.)
- Not be abusive or contain foul language. (This does not exclude pointing out the cons of an OS, tool, or application in a constructive manner.)
- Must respect the opinions of others.
GUIDELINES
Content should:
- Contain information such as OS, Distribution, and Version.
- Supply examples of code, commands, etc.
- Provide links to further information on the subject.
ALLOWANCES
Content may:
- Cover Windows, Mac, or other OS as it pertains to the interface of a client attached to a network running Unix or a Unix-like OS.
